Building Upgrades

- Fully Refurbished of (2) Redundant Trane Chillers 175 tons each.
- Re-Paint the roof top of Main Bldg and Garage Parking, lobby, basement    
 including the IT Infrastructure in the roof top.
- Installation of Energy Management System (EMS) for HVAC.
- Change T-12 to T-8 Ballast to save energy consumption
- Installed new and calibrated the Make-Up Water Meter to 
 reduce water consumption.
- Replaced the old Cast Iron (C.I) plumbing pipeline and installed new PVC pipe 
 to ensure good sanitation.
- Installed enough enzyme to make maintain the fresh air in the building.
- Quarterly and well maintained back-up Generators and all of our equipment.
